How to get rid of high pitched mic bumps?

Hi guys, I heard this weird mic bump in a lot of my recordings (I have an old Blue Yeti) and I was wondering how I could get rid of it. I tried using the noise gate, high pass/low pass filters, but none of them seemed to actually get rid of the noise.

(You can hear the noise in the second ‘a’ of Nagash and the ‘e’ of Weak).

Maybe its something wrong with my pass settings? I’m unsure.

Bumps sound like momentary dropouts which have been temporally blurred by noise-reduction.

Turning off noise-reduction will produce a more faithful recording … https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/disable-audio-enhancements

but probably won’t cure the dropout/skipping problem … https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/faq_recording_troubleshooting.html#How_can_I_record_without_small_skips_dropouts_or_duplications
