How to get help tooltip resets settings

How to get help tooltip resests settings. Checking the box to not get it anymore does nothing.

I’ve tried uninstalling and afterwards manually removing any remaining folders and files. And then installing again chosing to not use old preferences. I use the 64bit installer, version 3.3.3 and english in the ui, am on Windows 11 (fully updated).

  1. I have tried this multiple times with no result.
  2. I found folders in user/appdata/roaming and /local forlders. Are there more places to look for?
