How to export multiple tracks / stems in Audacity 4 beta 2?

NOWHERE in the program does it say it’s beta. In point of fact Audacity 3 met me at the door saying ‘hey! wouldja like to upgrade to 4?’ It did not prominently say ‘I’m a beta and may be not be everything you expect.’ Nowhere during download, installation or on the fully installed screen does it indicate this. During setup it spent all its time trying to get me to work in the cloud and pay for doing so. It didn’t tell me I was about to waste an hour of my time looking for tools which have been omitted. This is another software boondoggle where ‘upgrade’ refers to some software company’s wallet with no real meaningful improvement for the user at all. And in this case, a real obvious dismemberment of a perfectly useful function. (That said, exporting multiple split tracks (i.e. ‘songs’) in Audacity was already the most arcane process I’ve ever seen … and I’ve been using audio/video software for 30 years. But at least it Existed.) Off to use the old version…

The current Audacity version is officially designated the version number “4.0.0”.
Officially it isn’t a beta version.
Officially it is a full release version.

Unfortunately, the official position conflicts with reality: Audacity 4.0.0 is incomplete and has many serious bugs.

Yup. Absence of “Export Multiple” keeps me on 3.x . Would suggest adding “Export Multiple” be a high priority for 4.1 . Keep up the good work!
