you can’t increase audio quality by converting them to flac, I think it will somewhat damage the quality

You can convert/record the files with lossless quality by using Audacity, FFmpeg, DumpMedia Video Converter, and Audio Converter. They are useful software.
It is not possible to convert files with a quality increase.
