How to achieve this type of echo/reverb effect?

I’m not asking anybody to “make” anything for me here. I just would like to have some help trying to achieve this particular echo/reverb effect in Audacity (specifically 3.7.3 in Windows). I am trying to make this song have an echo effect similar to this song (The lower frequencies in this song have a strong, distant echo effect while the higher/highest frequencies have are mostly unchanged).

What ideal preset could be used to achieve this effect, and would I have to split frequencies? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Valhalla supermassive is a free echo-verb plugin that works in realtime in Audcaity3.

It has an low pass “EQ high” control you can use to cut the effect on the high frequencies.
