How do I save a verbal audio Podcast as MP3?

Using Windows 7 and Audacity 3.1.3

I want to save some Spotify audio (verbal only, no music) instructional podcasts as MP3 to listen while I’m driving. They are each about an hour long. How can I capture the audio and save? Do you have a link (or steps) to show me how? I would kinda think it’s fairly easy. Many thanks for any help. :wink:

Then File → Export → Export As MP3.
