How do I install PitchProof Harmonizer and Virgin Choir effects?

PitchProof Harmonizer has a file Pitchproof-x64.dll and Virgin Choir has a file Virgin Choir.dll

How do I install these two effects into Audacity 3.7.7 running on Windows 11 ?
