Hi,
I am not very familiar with audio effects. I am trying to achieve the effect this girl applied to her voice in the video below. What is it?

That is already on the right time stamp. If for reference you need to hear her normal voice you can go back 30 seconds on that same video.

IMO it’s a stereo-reverb with a (pre)delay of about 250ms.
