How do I create labals from track names?

I’m assembling a podcast episode and I’d like to create a label for each track based on the name of the track. How would I do this?

I’ve got around 200+ mono tracks each with a unique track name.

I’ve seen some nyquist scripts around here that look like they might do something like what I need but I have no idea how to run Nyquist scripts. Ideally, this sort of thing would eventually get added to the Labels submenu as this would be a quick way to generate show notes for a podcast.

I’d appreacite any help I can get on this.

While I have no idea what to do with Nyquist, I do know Python. Maybe somebody could get me started on how I might use Python to generate labels for each track in a project. While the project with 200+ traces was a high point for me, I often have projects with around 100 or more track in them and being able to generate a label file with the name and start and end of each would be super useful.
