How can we show a vertical line across all tracks?

Hi,

Can someone please let me know how to show a vertical line across all tracks so we can use the line to align timing of those tracks with version 3.1.2 on Windows?

Currently, when I click a track, the vertical line only stay in that track but not across all tracks. See screenshot below.

If I click the top timeline, it will play the tracks.
