How can I use Audacity on Imac and record without internal microphone

I am a new user. I can’t figure out how to record a streaming audio from a classical website without using internal microphone setting. Using Imac with Ventura

On the Mac you need to install Soundlfower. Recording Desktop Audio

Or use Blackhole which works with Apple silicon (M1, M2 etc). Soundflower is for macOS 11.1 and earlier.
