How can I upload a podcast in Audacity?

Hello people, I’m Emmanuel Katto from Uganda. I wanted to upload a podcast of mine in Audacity, can anyone help me with this?

You can also save the audio file as a mp3.
Sign up with Spotify for podcasters, (free). You will be given your personal RSS Feed to distribute your show on platforms like Apple, Google and many others.

An easy/free way to do it is go to anchor.fm (now called Spotify for Podcasters, but the URL will get you there) to distribute your podcast. You will need to export your file from Audacity to upload it. Mp3 is the most popular format for podcasts.

depending upon what equipment you are using, the mic on a laptop does work, hit record. I put in MP3’s by drag and drop, I use a separate track for music, and one for announcing, and then scootch the tracks up against one another to edit them together, and eliminate the gaps. I use a Shure mic, into a mixer which has a USB output into my laptop, or a Yeti mic has a USB plug, must be first set up in “control panel” of system, and then your Audacity session will also recognize that as a source. Been doing this since about 2006, have 1,000+ uploads on archive.org, as “DJ Shy John”
