I have recorded a very short track. I just say “hello”. Now, I want to change the sound of this track so that the “hello” sounds younger(kid is speaking)/older(grandpa is speaking).
How can I make my voice sound a little younger/older?
Older : Reduce pitch (and optionally decrease tempo).
Younger : Increase pitch (and optionally increase tempo).

You can only get away with changes of +/-10% before it sounds computery
This is how Dustin Hoffman does it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4XICvwFGm9A
(The old man at the start, and the younger man that says “Glad to meet your daughter sir” are both Dustin Hoffman. His actual age at the time was about 33.)
Plus for younger, increase the treble frequencies and /or reduce the bass a little. You can do that for example with Bass and Treble. Don’t overdo it or it could sound more like a gender change.
