How can I make a air raid siren alternate wail with Nyquist Prompt or Add-on?

I am trying to create a air raid siren synth, in alternate wail, technically it should be capable of choosing, between, sine, square, saw, triangle, for the waveforms

And for Attack (Wail), Alert, Hi-Lo, and alternate-wail, I will add the reverb using the reverb settings
