How can I fade out to a lower volume and then fade in again?

I have a 1:10 track (1 minute and 10 seconds).

I want it to fade out from second 00:11 to 00:13 so that it stays at a a lower volume and then fade in again at second 00:59 to its regular volume.

In other words, I don’t want it to fade out completely, but to fade out to a certain lower volume and then fade in to the original volume.

How can I do it?
