Windows 11 Pro, Audacity 3.7.3, Logitex MX Master 3 mouse
When scrolling horizally (using that wheel under my thumb) the horizontal scrollbar does move, but the actual waveform does not.
This is a known problem for Audacity 3.x, it will be fixed in Audacity 4.
