Hello, first post here! i have searched the forum here with no real solutions. My problem is a high pitched buzzing only from one side of a stereo recording. I have 2 Shure mv7s plugged into a Behringer umc404hd. the interface is powered through usb to the computer. I record a podcast with a friend and use the stereo recording in audacity while simultaneously record video into obs. I’m using the umc404hd as the audio input for both. On one mic input in Audacity i hear a high pitched buzzing noise during playback, but it is not present in the obs recording. It’s a constant high frequency during the entire recording. i’ve tried new xlr cables, filters, and noise reduction but nothing has worked so far. any thoughts out there?
