Help using Plug-In

I’ve been using this free 32-bit Audacity plugin called dblue crusher from here: [link removed] and it’s been working normally for a couple days. I had some trouble at first but realized it only worked with 32-bit Audacity, but today I just wake up and start using it and it gives me an error and says to check the log. This is what it says:
11:07:20: Audacity 3.1.2
11:07:20: sqlite3 message: (1) no such table: project in “SELECT 1 FROM project LIMIT 1;”
11:07:21: Error: Failed to load shared library ‘avformat-58.dll’ (error 126: The specified module could not be found.)
11:07:21: Error: Failed to load avformat-58.dll (error 126: The specified module could not be found.)
11:07:21: Error: Failed to load shared library ‘avformat-57.dll’ (error 126: The specified module could not be found.)
11:07:21: Error: Failed to load avformat-57.dll (error 126: The specified module could not be found.)
11:07:21: Error: Failed to load shared library ‘avformat-55.dll’ (error 126: The specified module could not be found.)
11:07:21: Error: Failed to load avformat-55.dll (error 126: The specified module could not be found.)
And now every time I try to open Audacity, it won’t open unless I open it by right clicking on an audio file and click Open With audacity. And when I start it up, it always says initializing this effect failed. Then when I click ok, it opens audacity with another error saying "Failed to load avformat-55.dll (error 126: The specified module could not be found.) Then I can just use Audacity normally, just without the effect.
I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing Audacity, it works fine until I enable the effect and try to use it after the first time, it starts doing those things. Help please!

32-bit Audacity plugin

Are you running the 32-bit version of Audacity?

Note that many 3rd-party plug-ins don’t support Audacity so unless the developer specifically says it works in Audacity it might not.

That’s harmless. It just means that the project’s data table does not exist yet because Audacity has only just opened.

Those messages are harmless. They mean that the optional FFmpeg library has not been installed.

Again, that’s because you don’t have a compatible version of the optional FFmpeg library installed.

This may be because AUP3 files are still associated with the 64-bit version of Audacity.
You could try uninstalling all versions of Audacity, then reboot, then install the version of Audacity that you want.

Yeah, I mentioned I was earlier
