Help to installing KeroVee

So, I asked a web series creator how he gets he’s audio tuning from, and he said "A plugin named “KeroVee”. so I searched up KeroVee to see if I can download the plugin, but I kept running into dead ends with no tutorial to download this file, all it says is “KeroVee VST plugin download” with a .dll file. And, I’m on MAC, so this dll is not copyable to my computer’s needs.

So here are my questions:
Is KeroVee only for windows?
How can I correctly download and install effects and plugins?
Is there an official website to download KeroVee, if so can you send me the link?

KeroVee is an old 32-bit plugin, it will only work on 32-bit versions of Audacity,
(or DAWs which can run 32-bit plugins)

So, how do I install the plugin to audacity?

It’s very old, I think it’s only compatible with Windows, (I don’t speak Mac).
