Can this audio file be improved, don’t know what type of noise/s. Have tried to amplify the audio but noise become worse.

I don’t see an audio file. You should select and Export about 20 seconds or less of your noisy work as WAV (Microsoft). The file can’t be any larger than 4MB. When you’re posting your message on the forum, the heavy sideways bar with the up arrow is the tool for uploading.
Fair warning. “Help Me Clean Up” jobs don’t have a good success rate.
The other thing you should do is describe what you’re doing and how. We need to build your system and job in our imagination to help you.
