HELP!! How to Recover Files after Audacity Crashed (recording blank)

Hello-
I have recorded over 22000 words, and I lost the first part almost 10K.
I would like to try to recover all files instead of recording everything.
I cannot find a Recovery Utility tool for Mac. Audacity crashed and everything was erased. The file AUP is blank.
How can I do that? There are no even temp files on my Session Data. Nothing.

Please HELP!!!

The current version of Audacity (2.3.1) is pretty robust against data loss, and in the event of a crash, automatic crash recovery is usually very effective. However, if automatic crash recovery fails, then you will probably have to fall back on your backups.
