Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble setting up two Blue Yeti microphones in the latest version of Audacity on Mac. I’ve followed some older instructions for assigning each microphone to a separate input channel, but I’m running into a few issues:
- When I try to assign the microphones to separate tracks, the dropdown menu looks different from the instructions I’m following. Instead of seeing options to assign input channels or choose corresponding channels, I only see three dots. I can’t find any way to assign each microphone to its own track.
- When I do a test recording, only one microphone picks up sound, even though I’ve set up two tracks (one for each mic). It seems like Audacity is only recognizing one mic at a time.
Has anyone else encountered this issue with the newest version of Audacity on Mac? Is there a different method to assign multiple input devices, or do I need additional software to make this work?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
