I am looking for a way to filter background noise from laser vibrometry traces. I can see a background sinusoidal wave on which the vibration data rests, but I’d like to know how to flatten that background wave into a straight line. Or, at least, correct for that wave. This way, I would measuring true amplitudes within my vibration data. Thanks!
