Maybe that was the “Mix and Render” was not working. If you are still working on this, try doing “select all” again before doing the “Mix and Render.”
Check your “Snapping” setting in “Tools” I had had it enabled, and tracks aligned then rendered into 1 file.It was suggested that I disabled “Snapping” and the joining no longer worked. I never saw any changes when I used the “Join” command (Ctrl J) either… I enabled “Snapping” again and all is working.
The files all look good, time is right, and each file will play the beginning and end. But, in all honesty, I have not as yet listened to any track all the way through.
I have a few AB’s that have 99 short files on each CD. I have noticed that, when opening these files, it happens so rapidly that the screen does not even display a progress box at all. Things just flicker a bit, and I just have to wait till all are opened before proceeding. Typically the audio waves will display for maybe the last 3 or so files, and I know that if all have been opened.
