When I click the link to take me to download FFmpeg, it takes me to http://lame1.buanzo.com.ar/, but after downloading it, FFmpeg didn’t come with it. I tried redownloading it but I still don’t have the DLL. Where do I get FFmpeg from?
FFMpeg and lame are two completely separate downloads.

I’m stuck in a loop, the line with "FFmpeg 0.6.2 for Windows and Mac listed below should be used with the latest version of Audacity from http://audacityteam.org/download/. " on http://manual.audacityteam.org/index.php?title=FAQ:Installation_and_Plug-Ins#installffmpeg, then I click Windows on the left side, then "FFmpeg import/export library " and it takes me back to http://manual.audacityteam.org/index.php?title=FAQ:Installation_and_Plug-Ins#installffmpeg.
Nevermind I found it.
“Look for “For FFMpeg/LAME on Windows”, then a few lines under that, left-click the link FFmpeg_v0.6.2_for_Audacity_on_Windows.exe and save the file anywhere on your computer.”
