FFmpeg Library not found - Audacity 2.1.0 [SOLVED]

I updated to Audacity 2.1.0. Preferences says FFmpeg library not found. Clicking Locate… it appeared right away. I clicked OK, but looking again it says not found. What’s happening?

I updated to Audacity 2.1.0.

Is that a typo? The current version is 3.1.0 (See: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/)

There is a new FFMpeg, 64 bit, that I had to install, then I install 3.1, and everything worked.
