I can’t record via Realtek Video Mixer
The newspaper tells me
Failed to load shared library"avformat-60.dll’(error 126)
How to fix this problem

These two issues are totally unrelated.
Best to start a new trouble report stating what it is you are trying to accomplish, what it is you have tried and what has /has not happened.
Note that you may need to do Transport > Rescan after starting the Realtek.
