Sorry, after more than an hour of downloading from your Google Drive link the download failed. The best thing I can suggest is to find a friend with a Windows (or Linux) PC and give/send the project file to them. You can copy the file onto a USB stick or external drive but it must be formatted as something other than FAT32 because there is a file size limit of 4GB on FAT32.
Once they have the file on their system they can use the instructions here: Fixing corrupt aup3 project file.

Update: I tried again and was able to repair the malformed database. Deep joy! This audacity repair tool thingie is a bit good.
