I received the cable usb - AV 2 RCA and connected to laptop. But Windows persistently doesn’t see it.
Does the turntable have a built-in pre-amp?
If so, is it on?
What “cable usb - AV 2 RCA”?
What does your picture show? A turntable usually has no aux-in.
Please supply detailed descriptions (make, model, etc,) of all equipment involved.
Best way is to connect your turntable to a standard amplifier and go from the amplifier’s “line-out” to your computer, using an “external sound card”.
If Windows can’t see it (for some strange reason) it’s not going to work with Audacity. 
You said in the other thread that you can record to a thumb drive. Maybe you should reconsider using something that works.
