exporting multiple tracks to an one mp3 file

WIndows 10 / Audacity 2.3.2

I have 25 tracks arranged so that a portion of each track is played in sequence. I want to hear them played back in sequence in one mp3 file. When I attempt to export to an mp3 file Audacity only exports one track, not all 25. How can I resolve this?
