I know this may seem trivial, but…
Can I make it so that when exporting audio, it goes right to the “Browse” option without me having to click “Browse” first? In older versions the export menu was basically just file explorer, and for my purposes, it was more efficient.
Not a big deal if it’s impossible, but it would help me out

In Audacity you can determine the default export path in the program’s settings.
I guess what I meant was, is there a way to have the file destination open up automatically when exporting audio, instead of having the export menu open first.
I’m an audiobook narrator and I have to export a lot of files with long file names. They are all identical names except for a number or two. For example, “BookTitle_Subtitle_Chapter1”, “BookTitle_Subtitle_Chapter2”, etc. Rather than type out the file name each time, I click “Browse” which opens up the file destination where I can simply click on the previous file, and then only have to change one number.
