how do i get the ;lame program downloaded i have recordeed a Lp to audacity nort sure what format it is in and it tells mer to get lame to convert to mp3 to put on to itunes but lame does not work and it is driving me round the bend can anybody help:)

I don’t know either… You can save as an AUP project or you can export to WAV or MP3, etc.
If you haven’t already done so, download and run [u]Lame v3.99.3 for Windows.exe[/u] to install the LAME MP3 encoder.
Then, File → Export → Export as MP3.
And, you add it to your iTunes library.
FYI - iTunes can play WAV files or convert them to MP3 or AAC.
