Anytime I open a project file to make a change to realtime effects, and then decide I don’t like the edits I’ve made to it, I close the project without saving. The problem here is that anything I’ve done to the real-time effects ARE being saved, and I would like that behavior to stop. Is this a bug or something that needs to be changed in my settings?
I think it’s a bug, and I’ve logged it here:

### Bug description
_No response_
### Steps to reproduce
1. Create an audio t… rack.
2. Add an realtime effect to the track. We'll use the Bass and Treble built in effect as an example. Leave the parameters of the effect at their default values, eg bass and treble at 0db.
3. Save the project.
4. Open the project.
5. Change the bass and treble parameters of the realtime effect to 30db and 30db
6. Close the project without saving.
7. Reopen the project, and open the realtime bass and treble effect.
### Expected behavior
The bass and treble parameters still have their default values, eg 0db
### Actual behavior
The bass and treble parameters are 30db, even though the user would not have expected these values to be saved.
### Audacity Version
Audacity 3.7.1
### Operating system
Windows
