Error - Could not find any audio devices - SOLVED

Greetings.

I just installed Audacity 2.4.0. Upon install, uninstall, and reinstall, I repeatedly get this dialog, ‘Error Initializing Audio’. I did not have this problem with v2.3.3. I have three other applications installed which are screen recorder applications with sound. None of them have a problem to detect my system’s microphone/camera (Logitech c922 Pro Stream Webcam).

Greetings:

Regard the post I just submitted (Could not find any audio devices) please disregard. Upon restarting Windows 10, Audacity now finds my device.
