On my windows 10 I previously used Audacity version 2.3.0, and it worked fine. I downloaded spitfish VST plug-ins, and it did not recognize my microphone but it was plugged in and would not let me record without an imported file. Although with an imported file it would not let me record and listen to the the imported file.
What does this have to do with “Error code: -9999”
