Error code 9999 when I hit record using a USB Blue Yeti mic attached to my laptop

I hit the red record button and this Error code 9999 host error came up. It’s my first time using audacity. Any advice will help to remedy this, so that I can record using my Blue Yeti USB microphone hooked up to my laptop.
