Effects not showing "Change Tempo"

I have used Audacity for many years in many different Linux distros, without major problems.

TodayI installed Audacity 3.2.5 on my Slacware 15.0 (from https://slackbuilds.org), and when I tried to change the tempo of a song I could not find the “Change Tempo” option. Must I use Sliding pitches under this version or is it possible to retrieve :Change Tempo" somehow ?

Of course using sliding pitches will have the same effect…

On my Audacity 3.3.2 it comes up under Effect > Pitch and Tempo > Change Tempo…

If it is not there, check that is Enabled under the Plugin Manager.
