Hi there. Im new to Audacity. I know it is possible to hear yourself while recording, but is it possible for the simultaneous playback to contain effects? When I try simultaneous recording/playback, the playback is just my unaltered voice, but when I finish recording and play it, then the effects appear. Is it possible to have the effects working AS I SPEAK? I want this so as to use Audacity as a realtime voice changer, in case that is possible, for my GLaDOS cosplay I NEED READY TODAY (FEBRUARY 13, 2026), cuz TOMORROW I’LL BE GOING TO THE EVENT WHERE I’ll USE IT, so if ure reading this, pls answer asap, if u can. If its not possible in Audacity, then, if you know of a free voicechanger that supports either AI models or Formant and Autotune effects in realtime and that wont need a NASA GPU (my computer is basically a potato when it comes to that), please tell me (also, Voicemod isnt an option).
