Has something changed? There used to be a small arrow (pointing in both directions) which I could use to slide edited portions of the track back into place. That arrow is now missing and I’m at a loss as to how edit a portion and then reposition it.
Any thoughts?
Yes. When you first start Audacity 3.1, there is a splash screen that looks like this:
If you bother to click on the video there will be a quick, 114 second full detail explanation of what is going on.
