Like the new version, much less cluttered.
I would however like to see the Edit Toolbar with a facility to resize it like the Meter & Transport toolbars.
I use the toolbar undocked when editing the waveform from an LP recording. The ‘magnifier zoom’ icons are so small at present it would be so much easier if they were larger as when I wish to zoom into the wave to remove ‘clicks’ they are not so easy to use. Editing some of my old LP’s does require quite a lot of editing out of clicks, using the repair option I have found preferable to the ‘once all’ click removal option as this seems to not give me the best outcome.
Hopefully a fix that would be simple to add?
Did you know you can also zoom in and out using ctrl+scroll? That may be faster still than using the buttons.
If you can still find a copy of ClickRepair available on the web it works wonders on repairing clicky LPs.
Unfortunately the original developer is very ill and has sold on the rights to the app, but the new owner is not selling/distributing it - but there are sites where apparently you can still get it.
