I have an HP Pavilion Laptop. I downloaded the Audacity recording software, but I can’t see it on my Desktop or Control Panel screens. It doesn’t appear anywhere. I have Windows 10. can you help me ?? Thanks…

Look in your ‘downloads’ folder, or search your hard drive for it.
Assuming you downloaded the EXE file, it should be named audacity-win-2.1.2.exe. Click on that file to install it. When you install it, I believe there’s an option to add a desktop icon. Or after it’s installed you can click on Start → Programs to find it.
