Detect pattern in a long recording

I was wondering if audacity might be able to accomplish this. I give audacity a short audio clip and then ask it to find similar clip in a long recording, if it exists. An example of this might be a car honk, human laughter, crickets chirping, etc. Is this possible with Audacity ?
