Where can I buy or download a de-echo plugin, for vocal, for Audacity 2.0.5, on Mac 10.14 (Mojave).
I have about 45 min of vocals, it’s too much to hire someone on Fiverr.
Thank you, Randy

[ There is a mac version, but I’ve only used it in Windows ].
Totally post back if you get something to work. This is a forum with users helping each other, not a Help Desk.

To do what?
Echoes are rough to deal with. Pure Echoes are a performer’s voice hitting the microphone different times after bouncing from the walls. So you’re asking the software to remove the voice from itself. Even the best software packages generally work just…OK-ish. They won’t make a studio production from a kitchen recording.
Most of the time recording the show again is the only way out.
If this track damage came as a surprise to you, then it’s a terrific idea to listen to the track during the performance. That’s why you see so many sound performers wearing headphones.

To remove the echo.
The plugin works magnificently. Gonna buy it.
But doesn’t show in Audacity 2.0.5. Shows in Garageband. Close enough.
There’s a free demo version of DeVerberate which you can try before you buy.

IIRC the demo version inserts spoiler-silence every 30-45 seconds.
