It’s in the bottom section of the Effect menu (below the divider line).

hello amigo steve and thank you very much for your help. i got it but was a little difficult because it is under the name of retardo and i was looking under the name of delay, the thing is that i got it now. thanks a lot again and have a wonderful week. greetings.
