I tried to download a de-esser from digital phone website but the links are not working for me. Do you know of a good and free de-esser at all?

What link do you use for Mac 10.11.6 El Capitan. Audacity 2.3.3 version?
I’ve tried to download this one but it didn’t work. It has an “X” on top and wouldn’t open.
