I feel in debt to the Audacity team, and I want to return your love at least in some way, that I can do.
Once upon a time I were digging the source code of Audacity v.2.2 and enjoyed this work very much, I were stripping down/modding your application with ease as well as implementing some new functions in an experimental way. I’m still grateful to people who’ve made this possible.
Today me is (!) kind of working as a programming teacher, and want to offer your community a custom version of the SoX reverb, which is using a 16x8 square to gerenerate the reverb tails instead of their 8x4 square, and this does work little better in my implementation.
I’ve made the source code to be easy to understand. Check this out:
