Creating a Studio Version of Live Recording

I’ve been wanting to take audio from a video recording someone has done on their phones, and make it into a studio/soundboard version. Essentially what I’d like to do is enhance the vocals so that it doesn’t have so much reverb/echo, and also do the same with the instrumental. Where would I start?

I apologize in advance, I’m more on the experienced novice side of things when it comes to audio editing.
