I been using Audacity for many years but recently updated to 3.7.7 while using it I went to separate music using the Vino AI Plug In tools after I clicked it audacity crashed and got I this message below on my screen. Now every time I try to open Audacity This message continues to pop up. Anyone got any fixes???
I should probably not get into the fray and leave your answer to the experts, but it’s been a day, and you are probably anxious for a solution.
I would guess that your computer doesn’t have a GPU, or it is the wrong kind for the program, or the drivers need to be updated. Deleting that Dynamical Linked Library file would probably get Audacity working again for you. Actually, just renaming it would probably work too, and safer than deleting files.
I been using those plugins for over a year on this computer and after i decided to upgrade then the problem happened. My GPU isn’t the issue I run a RTX3060 which is fully capable of running it. Never had an issue. I uninstalled everything including plugins I can only get it to run without plugins installed. I can’t remember the version of audacity I using been trying multiple versions and I thinks it’s compatibility issues.
Going by distant memory here. I think the AI stuff has a separate install for each version of Audacity, requiring you to update both.
