could not complete installation

I am using WINDOWS 7 professional… After dowloading audacity-win-3.0.3-64bit , I could not complete installation because of following system error msg…

The program cant start because api-mswin-crt-runtime-l1-1-0dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem…

I tried to reinstall 4 times but could not complete installation… Please suggest…

Windows 7 is now obsolete and no longer officially supported. However, you may be able to get Audacity to work if you update “Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio”.
