I have a three verse audio accompaniment track - I would like to copy (duplicate) one of those verses and reinsert it back into the file so I have four verses. Sorry, I’m a newbie and don’t know all the right terms. I can loop the verse - but can’t insert it.

Select the desired part of the file, copy (Ctrl+C), place the cursor in the desired place of track and paste the contents of the clipboard (Ctrl+V). Before doing these steps, I usually split the selected part further
